AUDITION PROCESS
What makes OnStage unique? Dancers do not attend auditions for specific pieces or choreographers.
Dancers audition to receive a Level (1-3) in any of our four main dance styles: Contemporary, Jazz, Tap and Commercial.
Dancers are then invited to sign up for any piece at, or below, their designated level.
All audition sessions will include learning choreography. Some sessions may also include across the floor progressions, improvisation, freestyle or centerwork, depending on the style.

"Each dancer could have a moment in the spotlight - something special that this company always does, and which reflects their overall mission; giving hard-working adults of all different professions and places in life a chance to create, to express, to bring a little more light to this sometimes dark world."
- Kathryn Boland
