OnStage 360° is a performance series of dance work performed in the round!
Presenting work in this circular perspective allows for exciting experimentation by the choreographers and dancers - and a unique viewing experience for the audience.
No two people will view a piece in the same way!
This event is produced by Jennifer Kuhnberg, Director of OnStage Dance Company.

Alewife Dance Collective
Of new and old-time

This piece is a joyful and reflective exploration of interconnectedness. The piece is rooted in modern and contemporary forms, but takes inspiration from the choreographers’ experiences with traditional English and Irish folk song and dance. It celebrates both the work and play that go into creating a community, and the interdependence of the people creating that whole.
Music: “Country Life” (Traditional English folk song). Original arrangement by the singers, in the style of The Teacups.
Alewife Dance Collective emerged from a collaboration between Katie Henry and Sarah Wasserman, who both graduated from the University of Vermont dance program in 2022. Based in New England, they seek to create contemporary and modern dance works that speak to the inherent connection between, and amongst, humans and nature.
Abigail Ripin
LeWAX

LeWAX presents a dystopian visit to the waxing salon with a bumping beat and some overly enthusiastic wax specialists. This is an excerpt from a full-length show called Unkempt about the history of body hair removal.

Abigail Ripin is the creative director of Unkempt, a dance theatre project examining the history of body hair removal. Unkempt’s first full-length WIP showing debuted at the Watertown Free Public Library in Massachusetts in May 2025 with support from the New England Foundation for the Arts. Abigail has presented her choreography at the Salem Arts Festival, Somerville ArtBeat, Onstage 360, Mark Degarmo’s Virtual International Festival, Boston NACHMO, Mobius Artist Group, and Culture House’s Gilman Square Pop Up. Abigail has performed throughout New England with Rosewoods Dance Collaborative, Abilities Dance Boston, Christopher Croucher, Liz Westbrook, bookaflashmob.com, and Apollinaire Theatre Company.

Amanda Francis
Answering Machines

"Answering Machines" is an exploration of loneliness, desperation, and disconnection in the digital world. Through contemporary movement, the dancers represent the human desire for community despite the overpowering pull of algorithmic and fabricated connection online.

Amanda Francis is a dancer, choreographer, and writer based in the Greater Boston area. Receiving her B.A. in English with a double major in Dance from Skidmore College, her craft centers around the exploration of vulnerability and catharsis through bodily expression and the written word. Shown across the Northeast, her work strives to excavate the stories and humanity within contemporary dance, creating a holistic, emotional, and exciting experience for both dancers and audiences. She is also currently a company member of Novum Dance Collective where she serves as their social media coordinator.

Amrita Anbarasu
Pranavalaya

Finding solace and strength in a higher power or energy within can provide comfort and resilience during difficult times. The piece delves into the essence of this guiding force through a composition that has elements of Indian classical dance. Crisp movements and evocative expressions form the framework of this routine to adhere with the musicality.

Amrita has been a choreographer/performer in the Boston area since 2022. She has contributed for work at Boston Bollywood, Dance works Boston, Fusion Dance Collective. Having fundamentally trained in Indian semi classical, she aims to bring the essence of the style in fusion to various performing arts avenues to elevate the importance of culture and collaboration.

Open Letter to Cathedral Spikes
Choreography and Performance by Elizabeth Bear
Open Letter To Cathedral Spikes is a contemporary ballet meditation on power and abuse within religious systems. An indictment against those who perpetuate harm in God's name, and message of empowerment to survivors.

Elizabeth is a dancer, choreographer, filmmaker and writer with a passion for gothic horror, cathartic exploration, and activism through storytelling. Her work has recently been shown in New York City, as well as various independent stagings across the country. Elizabeth believes strongly in the power of art to be deeply healing and transformative, and hopes this piece will be an emotionally moving experience for the audience.

Emotion In Motion
The Soliloquy

Dancers: Amanda Edmunds, Tessa Lamacchia, Alexis Rebello
This dance is an exploration of different styles of dance being combined into one. We will be dancing in styles such as contemporary, jazz, and ballet to the same song. The purpose of this is to test the boundaries of what "dance" is.

Amanda Edmunds is a teacher and choreographer of various youth dance programs in the Boston area. She has danced competitively most of her life in styles such as contemporary, lyrical, ballet, jazz and acrobatics and received her BA in Dance at Salem State University in 2022. She has founded her own adult company where she invites her former students to dance alongside her for the first time after graduating high school. She started this tradition in hopes to help her students with the transition into the adult dance world. Her goal is to make it so that her students never stop dancing, even if dance won't be a major part of their future careers. The dances created are a collaboration of the artistic abilities of all the performers.

Evolve Dynamicz
What Happens Next?
Creative Direction by Lila Klaus

“What happens Next?” is a Dance Theater improv score—the choreography is a set of movement prompts each with specific initiating actions and mediators within the piece. As dancers are grappling with unmanageable loads of information/prompts, the piece becomes a metaphor for living in an age of relentless information overload.

Evolve Dynamicz is a mixed ability collective, we foster an appreciation for physical and mental diversity both within the studio and on the stage.
Lila Ruth Klaus hails from Washington DC, where she was able to perform in venues such as The Kennedy Center, The White House, and The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. Lila received her BA in Dance with a concentration in Theology from Bard College in 2018 where she performed in the works of Trisha Brown both at the Richard B. Fisher Center and in New York City, during the Bard College/Trisha Brown Dance Company partnership. In 2017, her solo The Weight of Our Bones was accepted into the American College Dance Festival Northeast Gala and she was a part of The Dance Complex's 2022 aMaSSiT cohort.

Holly Stone
The Light In Their Loafers

The third date, the second time holding hands, and the first chance at real romance.
Music: “U Plavu Zoro” by Pink Martini
Raised in rural Vermont, Holly Stone (they/them) creates queer dance and theater. As a performer, Holly has also recently danced for Jo-Me Dance Theater, Dance Currents, and many, many others from their time in the American Ballroom Dance Industry.
As a dancer and choreographer, Harley Takagi Kaner's (he/him) roots are in ballet and Bharatanatyam, but he has also studied ballroom, modern/jazz, and pole. He uses his love for music, sound, and timing as the creator of the scripted audio drama The Penumbra Podcast, now in its eleventh year.

Johnny Blazes is an educator, performer, and creator whose work centers on co-creating a more liberated, more joyful world through the imaginative potential of art. Johnny has written and directed over 25 full-length shows including original youth theater, circus productions, multimedia dance concerts, and cabaret-theater shows. They are the Artistic Director of Pluto Return Dance Collective, and teach at Esh Circus Arts and The Neighborhood School.

"Paradise" showcases all of the companies that make up Mosaic Dance Inc. This piece was our finale at our full company performance this past spring.

Mosaic Dance Inc. is a multi-genre dance company and 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing a safe space for all, in the pursuit of building positive connections through the universal language of dance. Ryan P. Casey is a performer, choreographer, teaching artist, and writer in the Greater Boston area who directs Off Beat Tap Company. In addition to his solo work, he has danced for Michelle Dorrance, Aaron Tolson, Billy Siegenfeld, Lorraine Chapman, and Adrienne Hawkins. He has recently choreographed for OnStage Dance Company, Bridgewater State University, and Endicott College. He is a proud alumnus of The Dance Inn, The School at Jacob's Pillow, YoungArts, NYU, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Moving Through

Moving Through is about the mechanical disengagement that can occur in a relationship as a form of emotional armor. The movement exudes strength, trust, and attunement to the other, while exhibiting minimal external emotional engagement in one another.

Sasso & Company was formed in 2014 by Artistic Director, Lacey Sasso, as a Boston-based modern dance company composed of strong, fierce, passionate artists. Sasso & Company offers graceful, powerful movement motivated by technical prowess and thoughtful gesture that tells stories that engage audiences of all ages and backgrounds. The company’s work explores the human experience through the lens of psychological theory and personal narrative.

Momentum

Momentum is a rhythmically generated, musically informed jazz work inspired by the motion of a pendulum and the idea that an object in motion remains in motion. Through circular movement, improvisation, and individual expression, the piece explores momentum as a source of joy, connection, and perpetual energy.

Trinity Leite is a performer, choreographer, and teacher based in Newport, Rhode Island. She graduated from Salve Regina University in 2025 with a B.A. in Dance, a B.S. in Finance, and a minor in Business Administration, and later served as the university’s Dance Program & Box Office Manager. Passionate about jazz dance as both an artistic and cultural practice, her choreography has been presented at Jazz Choreography Enterprises’ Jazz Dance Project and WaxWorks in New York City, as well as the Bridging the Gap Festival, the American College Dance Association, the Granite State Tap Festival, and Modern Connection’s Dances In Progress. In 2024, she performed at the Newport Jazz Festival with the Marcus Grant Trio and co-directed The Rhythm of Life: A Journey of Black American Music and Vernacular Dance. Most recently, she co-directed Bridging the Gap: Moving on Common Ground (2025) and directed and produced Redux while co-directing Take the Risk: A Jazz Lounge at Ochre Court (2026).

The Foundry does not have a designated parking lot. Metered parking is available on Third, Fifth, and Rogers St.
